Connect Now!
‘Connect Now’ is a new option for customers to connect to a HCB’s service without having to wait for their existing service contract to expire. If a customer is tied into a contract with less than 12-months to run, he/she can sign-up and receive a 150/150 HCB service for only a £5 monthly tariff until the end of the existing contract whereupon the customer will move on to the applicable HCB tariff for the service. In the first instance, the customer must produce a copy of the existing contract illustrating the expiry date, and secondly must act in good faith. Installation charges would still apply unless waived upon payment of a Gigabit Voucher.

The government has launched the Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (GBVS) which enables us to provide a service up to 1,000Mbps on a bespoke package supported by a 'Top up" scheme funded by Hampshire County Council.
